Shin Tamura (Ryoma Takeuchi) and his mother have experienced difficult times due to Shin's father. His father was a police officer, but arrested for murder. One day, Shin Tamura's wife tells him to trust his father. This leads to Shin Tamura's decision to visit his father in prison, but, suddenly, he is shrouded in mist and travels back in time to 1989, which was right before his father's murder case took place. Shin Tamura sees his family with smiles on their faces. He decides to change what happened in the past. (asiawiki-2020)

"Theseus no Fune", or better known as "Disappointment of the Season". Great cast, terrible script.
I was rooting for Takuchi Ryoma, but honestly, I am not sure if he was bad or it was just the role. The wimpy, fool one. He was weeping every episode, I am not lying. I mean, Takeuchi Ryoma is an intense actor; when there is a strong scene, he will cry, no doubt. Sometimes it is not on the script but his tears just flow. And it happens in this series in every freaking episode.
The mystery was boring, it wasn't exciting at all and the whole idea of a tight family was lame. Cheesy even. Not even Suzuki Ryohei could save the whole picture. And I am super disappointed that Ueno Juri had such a small role. She was in like, 3 episodes top, and no need to say she was the best one.
Not once I've felt the need to watch the following episode. The setting was gorgeous though. And that's it... mostly boring.
**My rating: 4/10**
