Yui Hayakawa (Yuina Kuroshima) is a 16-year-old high school student. The one area that she has talent is that she can run fast. One day, Yui Hayakawa travels through time and finds herself in the Sengoku period. To protect young lord Tadakiyo Hagi (Kentaro Ito), Yui Hayakawa runs on the battlefield. (asiawiki-2017)

Somewhat cute but unfortunately it wasn't for me. Mostly because it was too shoujo-ish. Mainly, the MC, Yui. She is brave, happy, loved by everyone, a bit clumsy... everything that defines a typical shoujo heroine. But worst of all, her life is based on herobsession love for the hero, Wakagimi. It is either "Wakagamimi-sama!" or "I have to protect Wakagimi!", times 30, per episode. It gets to repetitive it gets boring. I admit I rolled my eyes several times.
Kuroshima Yuina is a very cute girl that has a very unfortunate hairstyle in this drama. But the one that impresses me the most was Kentaro. He is a good and cute actor, and I love, LOVE, his eyes. He is very pretty... maybe the prettiest Japanese actor I've seen so far. He suited the role perfectly. I also liked Yui's little brother (Shimoda Shota), so cute. He looked a little bit like Furukawa Yuki, although cuter.
But besides these two cute guys, there aren't any memorable characters. And although it is a 37minute long episode, it drags since it is a 12-episode drama. I wish it was shorter. And the ending sucks. Yui was a very selfish girl, didn't even think about her family, it was all about "Wakagimi".
I liked the ending song since it resembles the old New York style kind of song. But overall, it wasn't a recomendable drama.
***My rating: 4.5/10**
